Our Mission
To strengthen the agricultural livelihoods of smallholder and subsistence farmers in Northeast India by providing technical knowledge, climate-resilient practices, and access to markets — enabling farming families to achieve food security and economic independence.
Our Programs
Technical Support for Farmers
We provide hands-on technical guidance to lead farmers and farming groups, helping them adopt improved cultivation techniques, soil management practices, and crop diversification strategies suited to Nagaland's terrain and climate.
Agricultural Calendar Development
Lead farmers are supported in preparing seasonal agricultural calendars that align planting, harvesting, and market activities — improving planning, reducing crop losses, and maximizing income across the farming year.
Youth in Agriculture
We actively motivate and engage young people to take up agricultural practices, positioning farming as a viable and dignified livelihood. Youth-led farming groups are formed, trained, and supported to become the next generation of agricultural leaders in their communities.
Organic Market Linkages
Farmers are connected to organic markets and buyers, enabling them to access fair prices for their produce. We facilitate market exposure, product presentation, and direct linkages between farming communities and urban consumers.
Our Impact
Through the FARM initiative, hundreds of farming families across Nagaland have improved their agricultural productivity, adopted climate-resilient practices, and gained access to new markets — building more secure and sustainable livelihoods for themselves and their communities.
